First visit here was a success!
After working out @ 24 Hr. Fitness next door, decided to skip on cooking & try a new restaurant. Thai food tends to have the same menu items for vegans, but the customer service/quality/flavor is what sets each apart.
Ordered. . .
Pad Thai: Very delicious. Seasoned well, not spicy, freshly served.
Yellow Curry: Potatoes were AMAZING. Everything was fresh, delicious, and portioned well.
Fresh spring rolls: These were very 'refreshing' NO mint (which don't like anyway) just veggies + tofu.
Thai iced tea: Made with coconut milk. Perfect amount of ice.
Fried Bananas: These were a little more fried than expected. Usually fried bananas have more of a glaze, but still cooked well, tasted great.
Service was quick, food hit the spot, conveniently located, prices were great, and the server kept emphasizing:
"everything is made fresh to order. any restrictions, just let me know" ---
this is HUGE because I have a mushroom allergy, so to be able to know that each dish (appetizer, entree, dessert) will not disappoint is a *win*
Thank you, Simply Thai. -

I went in for a quick lunch special, and this place was empty the whole meal. Typically a bad sign, but it may have to do more with this restaurant is way at the end of a shopping center.
I had the $7.95 lunch special, which didn't look like anything too unique, but I enjoyed it. I ordered the green chicken curry, and asked for it too not be spicy. The curry had a nice kick, but nothing I couldn't handle. There was an ample amount of meat and vegetables with rice, so overall, a very good and tasty lunch deal. Minor complaint: the eggplant was undercooked. All other veggies were cooked well.
Though empty, I hope this business does well. The woman up front was very friendly, and while true that I was the only customer, she was very friendly and attentive. Give them a try -

Small little shop however their food are amazing. Hidden little gem. If and when you get a chance you should go and check this place out. Definitely order the fried rice and drunken noodles.

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious and filling. They are flexible on minor changes to dishes as everything is made to order. The staff is friendly, efficient, and fast. They remember customers and are pretty good at remembering what you order. The prices are perfect.

Been going there for 2 years. 2 to 3 times a week, the food is great, my wife loves the drunken noodles and cucumber salad. I really enjoy
the chicken fried rice or the green bean chicken.
The owner is very kind and friendly.
